Shed & Hot Tub
Concrete Pads

A proper concrete pad is the foundation for any outdoor structure. Whether you are setting a storage shed, hot tub, generator, AC unit, or outdoor kitchen — a level, properly graded concrete pad prevents settling, shifting, and water damage that ruins equipment and structures over time.

What We Build Pads For

Any outdoor structure or equipment that needs a solid, level foundation

Storage Sheds

Prevent settling, moisture damage, and pest entry with a properly elevated concrete pad under your shed.

Hot Tubs & Spas

Hot tubs are heavy — a full tub can weigh over 5,000 lbs. A reinforced concrete pad distributes the load safely.

Generators & AC Units

Keep mechanical equipment level and elevated off the ground for proper drainage and airflow.

Outdoor Kitchens

A concrete pad provides the stable, fire-safe foundation your outdoor kitchen or grill station needs.

Garbage & Recycling Pads

Keep bins on a clean, level surface that is easy to maintain and prevents sinking into soft ground.

Custom Equipment Pads

Any equipment or structure that needs a solid foundation — we build pads to your exact specifications.

Why a Concrete Pad Matters

Many homeowners set sheds and hot tubs on gravel, pavers, or bare ground — and regret it within a year. Gravel shifts and compresses unevenly. Pavers settle and create gaps. Bare ground invites moisture, pests, and rot. The structure above slowly goes out of level, doors stop closing properly, and water pools where it should not.

A concrete pad eliminates all of these problems. It provides a permanently level surface that distributes weight evenly, drains water away from the structure, and will not shift or settle over time. For hot tubs especially, this is critical — a full hot tub can weigh 5,000 to 6,000 pounds. That kind of weight needs a reinforced concrete foundation, not gravel.

We pour every pad with proper sub-base preparation, correct thickness for the intended load, reinforcement where needed, and grading that directs water away from the structure and your home's foundation.

Our Pad Installation Process

Every pad is built to support its intended load for decades

Step 01

Site Assessment

We evaluate the location, soil conditions, drainage patterns, and intended use. You get a firm quote with no surprises.

Step 02

Excavation & Grading

We excavate to the correct depth, compact the sub-base, and grade for proper water drainage away from structures.

Step 03

Form & Reinforce

Forms are set to exact dimensions. Rebar or wire mesh is added based on the load requirements of your specific application.

Step 04

Pour & Finish

Concrete is poured, leveled, and finished with a broom or smooth finish. Control joints are cut to manage cracking.

Shed & Hot Tub Pad FAQ

How thick should a hot tub pad be?

We recommend 6 inches with rebar reinforcement for hot tubs. A full hot tub can weigh 5,000-6,000 lbs — it needs a foundation that can handle that load without cracking.

Do I need a concrete pad for a shed?

While not always required, a concrete pad is the best foundation for any shed. It prevents settling, keeps moisture and pests out, and ensures the shed stays level for the life of the structure.

How long before I can put my shed or hot tub on the pad?

Concrete reaches sufficient strength for most loads within 7 days. For hot tubs and heavy equipment, we recommend waiting the full 28-day cure period.

Can you pour a pad on a slope?

Yes. We grade and level the site before pouring. If significant grading is needed, we handle that as part of the project.

Do you handle permits?

We can advise on permit requirements for your area. Some municipalities require permits for concrete pads above a certain size.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. Up to 12 months same-as-cash and longer-term plans.
