Demolition & Excavation
Old driveway removed and hauled away. We excavate to proper depth, grade the sub-base for drainage, address soft spots, and compact the entire sub-base to prevent future settlement.

Sub-Base, Forms & Reinforcement
Compacted gravel sub-base for stable support and drainage. Forms set to correct grade and dimensions. Rebar or wire mesh reinforcement placed as specified.

Pour, Finish & Cure
Concrete poured to specified thickness, consolidated to eliminate air pockets, and finished to your chosen texture. Control joints cut at proper intervals. Curing compound applied for maximum strength.

How long does a new driveway take to install?
A typical residential driveway replacement takes 3-5 days from demolition to finished pour. Curing takes an additional 7 days before you can drive on it.
How thick should a concrete driveway be?
Minimum 4 inches for standard residential use. 6 inches with additional reinforcement for heavy vehicles (RVs, trucks, trailers).
Should I choose concrete or asphalt?
Concrete lasts significantly longer (25-30+ years vs. 15-20 years), requires less maintenance, and offers more design options. Total cost of ownership is typically lower.
Can you add decorative elements?
Yes — stamped borders, exposed aggregate finishes, colored concrete, and decorative scoring patterns. We can also integrate Vuba Stone overlays for a premium look.
What about permits?
Most Michigan municipalities require a permit for driveway replacement. We handle the permit process as part of our service — included in your quote.
